This is a photo Montage of the 1.476 umbral magnitude lunar eclipse that occurred on the morning of August 28, 2007 from Southern California. All photos were taken with my Nikon D40 at prime focus using a .63 focal reducer on a Celestron 11" SCT. It doesn't quite fit the entire moon vertically but I made do with what I had. You can see a couple of stars in a few of the longer exposure images. The music is Lacrimosa by Mozart
